Safety and Health legislation has become increasingly complex. The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, the Chemicals Act 2008, and the Fire Services Act 1981 have all been amended many times and are now the subject of a growing body of case law. Safety and Health Legislation: Annotated and Consolidated is the only book that provides the full up-to-date, consolidated text of the main Acts and Regulations in this area, along with authoritative commentary on each section of the key Acts.
