The aim of this module is to provide learners with the skills necessary to prepare, assess, interpret and report on programmes for construction projects using standard industry software.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of this module the learner will/should be able to;
Develop a construction programme using standard industry software.
Formulate and report on a construction project programme using planning techniques.
Prepare financial forecast expenditure reports using planning techniques.
Calculate a critical path network analysis to determine the longest path.
Identify the impact of contractual provisions on the effective planning of projects.
