Description

This module is designed to help the student develop a conceptual understanding of Organisational Behaviour theories. Its goal is to provide the student with skills to put these ideas and theories into practice. Key techniques and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness are fully examined from the perspective of managers, workers and society in general.

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this module the learner will/should be able to;

Describe how groups and teams function effectively in the workplace.

Identify ways in which conflict can be handled in business organisations.

Assess methods to manage organisational change.

Explain how diversity can be managed and equality maintained in businesses.
