This module will provide a thorough introduction to management and focus on practical tools and techniques for effective supervision. It is intended to provide the student with the skills and techniques required to manage staff in a modern organisation.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of this module the learner will/should be able to;

Describe the benefits of teamwork and how to motivate staff. Demonstrate an understanding of leadership.
Explain appropriate interview skills for various situations.
