The aim of this module is to enable the student to acquire a thorough understanding of contract administration and to develop the student's competence in the application of general legal principles and specific contractual procedures in the management of construction projects. The module will examine the legalities of contract formation and the various forms of standard construction contracts. Learners will explore and develop an an understanding of the various procurement routes that are available in the construction industry.
