Description

This Module aims to provide the student with the skills necessary to plan and implement a Directory Service infrastructure including the installation of roles, configuration and management of Sites, Global Catalog Server and other Flexible Single Master Operations roles.

The adoption of cloud computing has brought about new hybrid infrastructures, and it is essential that AD DS supports the needs of these new and unique deployment models that include services hosted entirely in the cloud, services that comprise cloud and on-premises components, and services that remain exclusively on the premises. This module will provide students with the ability to deploy to this hybrid infrastructure.

The automation of the creation of Active Directory objects through PowerShell scripting.

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this module the learner will/should be able to;
